Artisan butchers for several generations, the Giaume family founded Boucherie Parisienne in 1884. Fifty years later, the Formia family succeeded them, perpetuating the establishment's know-how. In 2005, Julien Davin, with his extensive experience in the food industry, took over the reins of this institution.
