From 20-year-old balsamic to aromatic, Leonardi's vinegars can be adapted to your every whim. Choose from sweet, fruity vinegars matured in cherry barrels, white truffle-infused vinegars, or balsamic vinegars with juniper, which release that rare, specific aroma of musk and pine, ideal for accompanying game meats.

What better than the Italian sun to reveal the nectar of olives... Formia has chosen Terre Bormane products. An authentic, delicate oil with a controlled designation of origin. Born of hand-picked olives, Terre Bormane oil offers varieties with citrus and almond aromas for an oil of incomparable purity. Its vinegars are equally original: the flowery fragrances of Aulente white vinegar are a perfect match for our white meats.

De Steban specializes in the sale of rare spices and vanilla.

After numerous trials and blends in its two stores in the southern Camargue region, its founder found the ideal formula to create a unique, sensual blended rum in his workshops in Anduze - Gard - using rare fruits and spices from his first-rate selection.

The result is a honey-colored rum with fruity, floral aromas for a universe of olfactory pleasures from the Indian Ocean.

De Steban rum is a symphony of fragrance, taste and finesse, to be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.

Since the beginning of 2023, Maison de Steban has been offering its Gin.

Based on citrus fruits from the tropics, spices from Réunion Island and herbs from the Cévennes.

A Gin to discover on its own or on a bed of Tonic, its originality will surprise you both on the nose and on the palate.

Depending on species and origin, the grains release flavors that play on both land and sea, with notes ranging from woody to iodized, buttery to mineral, with a whole range of nuances. There's a caviar for every taste.

The caviars we offer are the fruit of many years' work and unique expertise and know-how.

During the festive season, our butchers will be stocking the Ociètre Prestige caviar, with its firm, soft grains. It develops marine and nutty flavors.

Conrad Brown, former owner and creator of Boneroasters Australia, has worked closely with Ed since the creation of Boneroasters in 2007. Conrad is a former Executive Chef, who has worked in Europe for nearly 20 years and has a critical understanding of the market.

Both Conrad and Ed identified a need for Bonemasters Europe and have brought vital in-depth industry knowledge to the company and its products.

Sardines, mackerel and tuna: the famous century-old Rödel cannery guarantees exceptional flavors for products fished off the French coast and packaged by hand. As for Barthouil, it perpetuates its expertise in smoking salmon "en suspens" over alder wood.

Faithful to local produce, Formia adds traditionally-prepared regional products to its stall, offering you J.Barthouil's other specialty: confits.
Thighs, gizzards, wings, duck is also available in dishes such as cassoulet or cooked lentils.
